Rollover text - Related Content vs. Related Information

Description

Couldn't help but notice the roll-over text for the Article and for Comments is the same as the title in the tab itself.

However, for the 'Related Content' tab, the roll-over text is 'Related Information' (see screen shot). Should the roll-over text read 'Related Content' for consistency?
