Formal Correction link stubbed out

Link "read formal correction" in Formal correction box at top of article page does not go anywhere for some formal corrections.

This first link is broken as it's an HREF. I believe this is a known issue. The second one works for me.

When an annotation is created on an href it gets broken. If an annotation is created to only cover part of the "a" tag, the part of the "a" tag outside of the annotation would still work. In this case specifically the annotation was created over the entire tag.
