Can only post one Note and GSOD

Description

If I post a comment or correction to a paper; it will save the comment, but not let me add another one to a different part of the paper. I highlight the text and the option to add a note does not appear. If I click on the note that I just added, I receive the GSOD.

OK, I duplicated this. This is being caused by the bug that is resolved by r7507.

Verified that multiple notes can be created and GSOD is not appearing.
