delete articles from issue using article URI field

Unable to delete all articles using the instructions: "Web Producer deletes all articles from issue

• Web Producer inputs an empty string into the article list clicks the button Modify "

On the "Issue Management" page, in the "Update Issue" section, I deleted the entire contents of the "Article URI List" text field and clicked the "Update" button. No articles were unassigned from the issue.

However, I can cut one article at a time from this list, except for the very last article.

Added validation of articleListCSV string to make sure only ordering changes are allowed.
