Can add articles directly to Article URI list

It turns out that I can bypass the 'Add Articles' function, and add articles directly to an issue by entering them in the 'Article URI List' under 'Update Issue' and hitting 'update'.

Similarly, I am able to delete articles by directly manipulating this string. Unless I remove all the articles, in which case the issue remains unchanged.

Directly manipulating this field should not work, and that doing so might lead to trouble down the road.

(I've already managed to cause a small amount of trouble with it by entering a single space into the article uri list and hitting update)

Added validation of articleListCSV string to make sure only ordering changes are allowed.

Confirmed that you cannot manually add or delete an issue DOI in the Article URI List text field.
